As stated by the EBRD, the project consists of an investment of EUR 6.7 million in the Sustainability-Linked Bond (SLB) issuance of EUR 30 million, 5 years tenor, placed by Autonom in July 2026 and to be subsequently listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The proceeds will be used for the financing of Autonom's general corporate purposes including project financing purposes (including future acquisition of companies / portfolios, if any), in each case as further detailed in the offering document.
As stated by the EBRD, Autonom Services S.A. is the leading independent Romanian-owned provider of integrated mobility solutions, covering operational leasing, fleet management and short-term vehicle rentals. Company operates a fleet of c. 17,600 vehicles, of which around 31% were hybrid and electric. FY 2025 revenues amounted to EUR 186m, with Fitch rating of B+ (Stable outlook).

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF EBRD
The Project Complaint Mechanism (PCM) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the PCM, it may assess compliance with EBRD's own policies and procedures to prevent harm to the environment or communities or it may assist you in resolving the problem that led to the complaint through a dialogue with those implementing the project. Additionally, the PCM has the authority to recommend a project be suspended in the event that harm is imminent.
