Project Description

According to the Bank’s website, on December 13, 2023, the third Technical Assistance (TA) cluster for the Independent Evaluation Department (IED) was approved. This TA cluster will fund IED's annual three-year rolling work programs from 2025 to 2027 and includes three subprojects aimed at enhancing the development effectiveness of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Asia-Pacific region. Subproject 1, which will focus on evaluations conducted from the last quarter of 2024 through mid-2026, is designed to boost accountability and learning within ADB through independent assessments. This will support the evolution and refinement of ADB's policies, processes, and operations.
