According to the Bank’s website, the technical assistance (TA) will help the governments of the selected developing member countries (DMCs) in Southeast Asia develop domestic resource mobilization (DRM) policies to secure financing for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and inclusive growth. The TA builds on the experience of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in advancing the DRM reform agenda in Asia and the Pacific. Strengthening DRM requires not only raising revenues but also designing a revenue system that fosters inclusiveness, encourages good governance, promotes investments and job creation, reduces income and gender inequality, and tackles climate change.
The TA financing amount is $2,000,000, which will be financed on a grant basis by the JFPR and administered by ADB.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB
The Accountability Mechanism is an independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by an Asian Development Bank-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment. You can learn more about the Accountability Mechanism and how to file a complaint at: http://www.adb.org/site/accountability-mechanism/main.
