The scope of OPPP's work will cover the conduct of due diligence, project preparation and structuring, developing financial models, assessing project financial viability, preparing project documentation (including concession agreements and tender documents), assisting in contract negotiations, regulatory support, project monitoring and performing other activities as may be required by the client Philippine government agencies leading to commercial and financial closure.
