Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

According to the Bank’s website, this proposed activity 3 will support improved service delivery by the business support centers (BSCs) to small and medium-sized enterprises. It will provide a road map for the reorganization of BSCs from a one-stop shop to a digitalized single window model, streamline the process for obtaining government and related services through the BSC, identify additional services required to meet the needs of the private sector, and provide the IT infrastructure to deliver selected BSC services digitally. This effort is underpinned by the Kyrgyz Republic's deployment of a digital public infrastructure ecosystem, which demonstrates government and institutional readiness for digital service delivery. Digital public infrastructure systems provide the underlying infrastructure for interoperability, and work within a framework of government-led standards for hosting, cybersecurity, data protection, and interoperability, ensuring that digital services are reliable, secure, and citizen-centric.

Early Warning System Project Analysis
For a project with severe or irreversible impacts to local community and natural resources, the Early Warning System Team may conduct a thorough analysis regarding its potential impacts to human and environmental rights.
