Project Description

According to the ADB website the project will tackle both the supply and demand issues in skills development and economic inclusion while building mostly on existing initiatives by the government and private sector. The project is aligned with the following impact: ensure that all people of Nauru are protected from poverty and deprivation and have equal opportunity to build their human capabilities to further their own social and economic development. The project will have the following outcome: participation in employment and productive livelihood especially among women and youth increased.
