According to the Bank’s website, the Project is an equity investment in (a) Proservice Finteco Sp. z o.o. ("PSF") a leading provider of investment fund administration services in Poland, and (b) Investment Funds Depositary Services S.A. ("IFDS"), a specialist provider of fund depositary services in Poland. The Bank invested alongside a consortium led by Innova Capital, a leading private equity firm based in Poland and a long-standing partner of the Bank.
Through the proposed transaction, the Bank aims to (i) bring an independent and domestic transfer agent to its next growth stage through consolidation and innovation and (ii) provide support to Innova in achieving commercial success, thus solidifying the regional PE landscape.
Category C (ESP 2024). Bank's equity investment in financial services companies is not associated with significant E&S risks.

SKYLINER CO-INVEST SCA is a co-investment vehicle domiciled in Luxembourg and created for the sole purpose of investing in PSF and IFDS.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF EBRD
The Project Complaint Mechanism (PCM) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the PCM, it may assess compliance with EBRD's own policies and procedures to prevent harm to the environment or communities or it may assist you in resolving the problem that led to the complaint through a dialogue with those implementing the project. Additionally, the PCM has the authority to recommend a project be suspended in the event that harm is imminent.
