According to the bank's website, the project wants "support content production, dissemination, and network building for DevAsia and its ADB KE by curating digital-first knowledge solutions from: a) ADB knowledge products and capacity-building program materials, including webinars; b) knowledge products from ADB knowledge partners; and c) selected knowledge contents from application of innovative and/or advanced technologies. The TA will also support consolidation of content from orphaned websites that are not sustainable due to their TA closure".
PROJECT RATIONALE AND LINKAGE TO COUNTRY/REGIONAL STRATEGY
ADB's developing member countries (DMCs) are increasingly demanding knowledge solutions for a complex set of development challenges arising from climate change, aging society, gender gaps, urbanization, income inequalities, global value-chains, and COVID-19 pandemic. Having one-stop access to ADB and its development partners' experts and their knowledge solutions becomes necessary for DMCs in tackling such challenges. The TA is in line with Strategy 2030 and Knowledge Management Action Plan 2021-2025. The TA builds on the KSTA 9388-REG Sharing Development Knowledge Solutions in Asia and the Pacific.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB
The Accountability Mechanism is an independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by an Asian Development Bank-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment.
