Project Description

According to the Bank’s website, the objective of this project is to strengthening Ha Tinh City as the regional center for green, supporting climate resilient urban development in the central north region.

The proposed project will construct climate resilient urban infrastructure to enable sustainable socio-economic growth and improve living standards for 153,000 people. The project will help Ha Tinh City become more livable, adapt to climate change, build the city's climate and disaster resilience, enhance environmental sustainability, strengthen governance and institutional capacity and promote gender equality and the empowerment of women.
