According to the Bank’s website, the technical assistance (TA) will help the government of Cambodia to improve its public finance and capital market development including measures for strengthened domestic resource mobilization (DRM) by: (i) improving overall capacity of domestic bond issuance; and (ii) strengthening DRM at the subnational level for improved service delivery.
According to the Bank’s technical assistance report, the the risk categorization is low.
The TA financing amount is $750,000, which will be financed on a grant basis by ADB’s Technical Assistance Special Fund (TASF 7) debt management set-aside.
