As stated by the EBRD, the project consists of an equity commitment of up to EUR 40 million in favour of Templeton Turkiye Fund II (the "Fund"). The general partner of the Fund will be Templeton Turkiye Fund GP SARL (the "General Partner"), incorporated in Luxembourg. The Fund will be managed by Templeton Asset Management Limited (the "Fund Manager"), incorporated under the laws of Singapore.
The Fund will seek to make significant minority investments in fast growing mid-cap companies predominantly in Turkiye.
The EBRD categorized the project environmental and social risk as 'FI'.
As stated by the EBRD, the Fund's General Partner will be Templeton Turkiye Fund GP. As stated by Bloomberg, Templeton Asset Management Ltd. provides investment services. The Company offers financial planning, consulting, and investment management services to individual and institutional clients. Templeton Asset Management serves customers worldwide.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF EBRD
The Project Complaint Mechanism (PCM) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the PCM, it may assess compliance with EBRD's own policies and procedures to prevent harm to the environment or communities or it may assist you in resolving the problem that led to the complaint through a dialogue with those implementing the project. Additionally, the PCM has the authority to recommend a project be suspended in the event that harm is imminent.
