As stated by the EBRD, the Project envisions provision of senior secured loan of up to EUR20 million in two tranches (EUR10 million committed and EUR10 million uncommitted) to finance working capital needs of the Company.
Loan proceeds will be used to finance working capital needs of the Company to purchase raw materials for cable production and support its export expansion to the EU countries.
The Project will support the Green economy transition by producing power and solar cables, which are crucial for electrification and renewable energy promotion.
Company operations are in an industrial area of Tashkent, and sensitive receptors have not been identified nevertheless, the company has a community grievance mechanism.
TC support will be provided for (i) the design and implementation of a training programs; (ii) enhancement of HR policies and practices; (iii) development and implementation of CGAP; and (iv) Digitalization efforts. The Project also benefits from a TC for its legal due diligence partially funded by the Japan-EBRD Cooperation Fund ("JECF").
As stated by the EBRD, Artikul Aziya Kabel LLC, established in 2013, is one of the leading manufacturers of copper cable and wire products.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF EBRD
The Project Complaint Mechanism (PCM) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the PCM, it may assess compliance with EBRD's own policies and procedures to prevent harm to the environment or communities or it may assist you in resolving the problem that led to the complaint through a dialogue with those implementing the project. Additionally, the PCM has the authority to recommend a project be suspended in the event that harm is imminent.
