According to the Bank’s website, the knowledge and support technical assistance (TA) will provide strategic assistance to select Asian Development Bank (ADB) developing member countries (DMCs) and operations to (i) identify and adopt innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable digital connectivity solutions and business models; (ii) strengthen investment strategies related to digital connectivity infrastructure; and (iii) enhance policy frameworks to improve coverage, quality, and affordability of broadband internet.
