According to the Bank's website, the project provides technical assistance to support research and development to achieve a greater understanding of the commercialization and bankability of state-owned enterprises (SOE), across key markets in the Central and West Asia region; and enhance SOEs' institutional capacity to access commercial financing from the Asian Development Bank and cofinanciers.
