Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

According to the Bank’s website, Subproject (SP2) contributes to Outputs 3 and 4 of TA Cluster 0071 by enhancing the capacity of cities in selected Asia-Pacific Developing Member Countries (DMCs) to address urban challenges. Through city-to-city partnerships (C2CP), SP2 fosters collaboration between mentor and recipient cities, sharing best practices in innovative and integrated green and resilient urban development. The twinning component will target Viet Nam and Mongolia (Output 1), while the regional component of the TA will focus on DMCs with cities that need to develop and implement integrated and innovative urban solutions, covering Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Mongolia, Nepal, the Philippines, Solomon Islands, Uzbekistan, and Viet Nam (Output 2).
