According to the Bank’s website, the project consists of the provision of a senior loan of up to EUR 17 million to the City of Belgrade, for the development and construction of a pedestrian and bicycle connection between New Belgrade and Ada Ciganlija through a bridge over the Sava River. The Project will promote active and micro mobility and improved connectivity within the city of Belgrade. The Project will be financed under EBRD Green Cities Framework.
The key E&S issues and risks associated with construction and operation phase of the Project may include noise emissions, dust, vibration, waste management, worker and community health and safety, accessibility issues and land acquisition, impacts to landscape characteristics and visual values of the area, sensitivity of human and ecological receptors, potential disturbance of utility services, contractor management, stakeholder engagement and grievance management.
A Senior Loan in the amount of up to EUR 17 million.
Total Project costs are estimated at up to EUR 20 million.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF EBRD
The Project Complaint Mechanism (PCM) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the PCM, it may assess compliance with EBRD's own policies and procedures to prevent harm to the environment or communities or it may assist you in resolving the problem that led to the complaint through a dialogue with those implementing the project. Additionally, the PCM has the authority to recommend a project be suspended in the event that harm is imminent.
