According to bank's website, "the knowledge and support technical assistance (TA) will help the People's Republic of China (PRC) enhance gender equality and women's capacity to participate in the labor market by strengthening the policy framework for childcare services. The TA will produce knowledge products and promote institutional capacity strengthening for social service delivery."
