Partech is a top tier venture firm founded in 1982 in Silicon Valley that manages investment funds focused on seed, venture and growth stages. Partech launched Partech Africa, the first technology fund of this size to be exclusively dedicated to the fast-growing tech ecosystem in Africa. Partech has a team spread across offices in Paris, Berlin, San Francisco and Dakar.

Partech Africa intends to focus on early-stage growth funding, providing EUR500,000 to EUR5 million initial tickets to talented African teams that are using tech to address large emerging market opportunities. Partech Africa is a generalist tech fund with target industries ranging from fintech to online and mobile consumer services, as well as mobility, supply chain services and digitization of the informal economy.

Communities who believe they will be negatively affected by a project funded by the Dutch Development Bank (FMO) may be able to file a complaint with the Independent Complaints Mechanism, which is the joint independent accountability mechanism of the Dutch Development Bank (FMO) and the German Investment Corporation (KfW) . A complaint can be filed in writing, by email, post, or online. The complaint can be filed in English or any other language of the complainant. The Independent Complaints Mechanism is comprised of a three-member Independent Expert Panel and it can provide either problem-solving, compliance review or both, in either order.
