According to the Bank's website, the project provides technical assistance to the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia to develop airport development strategy in a post-COVID-19 environment until 2045.
The strategy will include assessment of existing international and domestic airport capacity, future demand projections and consideration of alternative scenarios for capacity expansion and airport ownership and management schemes.
