Anchored in MOSA's RENSTRA 2020-2024, the results-based lending (RBL) program scope focuses on results that strengthen flagship social assistance programs and provides livelihood opportunities for beneficiaries. The broader government program includes the work program from all departments in Ministry of Social Affairs (MOSA), while the RBL program focuses mostly on the departments working on PKH and Sembako, as well as the Planning Bureau which has an oversight role. The program will address core and persistent challenges in coverage, targeting, and fragmentation, while addressing newer reform agendas and responding to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. This includes innovative ideas such as shock responsive social protection, which aims at improving the capacity of the program and its beneficiaries to respond effectively to shocks, including climate and disaster-related shocks.

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB
The Accountability Mechanism is an independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by an Asian Development Bank-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment.
