Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

According to the bank's website, "the transaction technical assistance (TA) facility for Unlocking Potentials for Climate Change and Disaster Resilient Multisector Provincial Projects will provide project preparation support to two ensuing projects, tentatively comprising Hoa Binh Tourism Infrastructure Development Project and (ii) Tay Ninh Infrastructure Development and Climate Change Adaptation Project. These projects are in different sectors and are managed by provincial governments, requiring a similar set of safeguards, economic, financial, and institutional capacity assessments. The TA facility will also provide technical assistance to two selected provinces to identify climate and disaster resilient projects for ADB potential financing; and capacity building in project preparation and processing for selected provinces included in ADB's Indicative Country Pipeline and Monitoring Report 2022-2024. The TA facility is listed in the Viet Nam Country Operations Business Plan, 2021 2023."
