According to the bank website, "The knowledge and support technical assistance (TA) will provide evidence-based solutions for the development of an elderly health services management system in Yunnan Province, People's Republic of China (PRC). The TA will (i) provide options for effective integration of health services in the elderly care system, and (ii) address institutional challenges. Aligned with the Asian Development Bank's (ADB) Strategy 2030 Operational Plan for Addressing Remaining Poverty and Reducing Inequalities, the TA emphasizes addressing the health care needs of the aging population."
