According to bank documents, "the TA is aligned with enhanced government capacity and leadership in social protection development in selected Pacific developing member countries.
The outcomes of the project would be:
1) Gender responsive social protection policies and investments identified and prioritized.
2) Capacity in building social protection systems and delivery of social protection services for vulnerable groups improved.
3) Knowledge production and partnerships on social protection strengthened."
