Project Description

According to ADB website, the project will support the implementation of key policy and institutional reforms, particularly the Rice Tarrification Act and its associated reforms and programs. As the reforms are wide and deep in their impact, it is important that the government will continue to earn support to the reforms from the people of the Philippines.
