Project Description

According to the Bank's website, this project finances the first tourism satellite account in Tajikistan, which is a strategic prerequisite for developing and monitoring the tourism industry. It provides data on, for example: tourism's share of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), national employment and foreign direct investment. 

Additionally, this project will identify investments and policy actions to promote tourism in targeted regions.
