According to the bank website, "The knowledge and support technical assistance (TA) will support the implementation of the Pacific Region Infrastructure Facility (PRIF) through operation of the PRIF coordination office (PCO) for four years. The PRIF is a multi-partner investment coordination and technical facility, which supports infrastructure planning, prioritization, coordination and management in the Pacific, and is cofinanced by multiple PRIF partners. The proposed TA design is based on review of the current phase of PRIF and extensive consultation with PRIF partners. The purpose of PRIF is to improve development effectiveness and the sustainability of infrastructure investments in 13 Pacific Island Countries (PICs) by (i) strengthening coordination among PRIF partners, (ii) improving policies and regulations, and (iii) improving infrastructure planning and management."

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB
The Accountability Mechanism is an independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by an Asian Development Bank-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment. You can learn more about the Accountability Mechanism and how to file a complaint at: http://www.adb.org/site/accountability-mechanism/main
