According to bank provided information,n the proposed Project is an equity investment of up to GBP 67.2 million as cornerstone investor (approximately US$90.0 million) in Airtel Mobile Commerce N.V. (“Airtel Money” or the “Company”), the digital financial services arm of Airtel Africa, as a cornerstone investor in the Company's proposed IPO on the London Stock Exchange (the “Project”). Airtel Money provides mobile wallet, payments, and broader financial services to approximately 53 million monthly active users across 13 Sub-Saharan African markets.
