According to the project document, the "Asian Development Bank (ADB) proposes to support the Indonesia Green and Affordable Housing Program (IGAHP) with a financial intermediation loan of about $200 million to the Republic of Indonesia. In line with the government’s IGAHP design, the finance will be channeled through PT Sarana Multigriya Finansial (Persero) (PT SMF) to participating financial institutions (PFIs). 7 PT SMF will on-lend the proceeds through the PFIs for green housing construction and longer-term mortgages to lower-income and informal sector urban households".
