Project Description

Small-scale technical assistance (TA) by ADB to support a request from the state government of Uttar Pradesh to undertake a detailed value chain analysis of select commodities with due attention to (i) increasing farmer incomes, and (ii) identifying constraints on improving the efficiency of existing infrastructure and institutions.
