According to bank provided information, Helios Towers Plc (the “Company” or “Helios Towers” as a Group) has invited IFC to act as anchor investor in its March 2026 bond issuance (alongside other DFIs) for an amount of up to US$500 million. (the “Bond Issuance”).
The proposed IFC investment comprises a bond subscription in an amount up to US$10 million as an anchor investor in the Bond Issuance for an amount of up to US$500 million.
Helios Towers is a tower infrastructure company listed on the London Stock Exchange and a leading provider of mobile tower and passive infrastructure across Africa and the Middle East. The Company owns and operates over 14,000 sites in nine countries including DRC, Ghana, Madagascar, Malawi, Oman, the Republic of Congo, Senegal, South Africa and Tanzania, serving mobile network operators under long-term contracts.
