According to the bank's website, "the proposed investment is for up to US$40 million (capped at 20% of total commitments), alongside a co-investment envelope of US$40 million, in Navegar III L.P. (the Fund or Navegar III). Navegar III is a sector agnostic growth equity fund targeting investments of between US$30 million to US$50 million in companies in the Philippines across various sectors including but not limited to consumer, healthcare, logistics and business services".
