According to the bank document, the proposed knowledge and support technical assistance (TA) will support the Supreme People's Court's (SPC) Judicial Reform Office to design and build a big data system for judicial reform which will improve the existing data system, provide statistical data on judicial reform more effectively and comprehensively and facilitate in-depth analysis of judicial data and application to court reform needs.
The system should also be designed to give continual feedback to the Judicial Reform Office and senior court management to assess the impact of system design changes and to support further reform. The TA is included in the current country operations business plan for the People's Republic of China (PRC)

ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB
The Accountability Mechanism is an independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who believe they are likely to be, or have been, adversely affected by an Asian Development Bank-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment. You can learn more about the Accountability Mechanism and how to file a complaint at: http://www.adb.org/site/accountability-mechanism/main
