Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

According to ADB's website, the TA is aligned with the following impact: public sector management improved. This will support Henan province to reform its budget expenditure management system. The TA will have the following outcome: program budget accuracy and preciseness improved. Further, it has two components:

Component 1: Budgetary expenditure standards for selected development programs formulated and; Component 2: Agriculture insurance services for modern agriculture development prepared.

According to ADB documents, the project has risk category of low and safeguard categorization is not applicable.
