Project Description

As of the date of the appraisal, Polar has acquired three hospitals; two in the Toluca Valley, State of Mexico, and one in Mexico City, with a total bed capacity of 142. Polar has invited IFC to participate in its upcoming equity round to fund the expansion and growth of the Company through the acquisition of another three to four hospitals (the “Project”). The proposed IFC investment would consist of up to MXN400mn in Polar’s convertible preferred shares.
