Project Description

This project is a transaction technical assistance grant to help the government prepare for a subsequent project which will rehabilitate and expand water supply infrastructure, pilot a district metering area in a selected district of Dushanbe City, establish a performance-oriented management information system, and prepare a plan for the development of the city's sanitation system.
