According to ADB website, the project consist of activities relating to the provision of life preserving services for communities affected by the following natural disaster: the El-Nino Southern Oscillation effect, causing serious drought conditions in South Central and Central Highland regions as well as severe drought and saltwater intrusion in the Mekong Delta. Risk categorization is not applicable.
