Project Description

The project consists of an equity investment for a minority stake in Neon Payments Ltd. (“Neon”, or the “Company”), a holding company that holds an equity interest in companies regulated by the Brazilian Central Bank that offer secured and unsecured credit, investments, insurance, and financial management tools to the Brazilian mass worker population. IFC is proposing up to US$15 million in preferred equity financing to support the Company’s operations.
