Project Description

This project finances assistance to the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China to adjudicate environmental lawsuits and enhances the capacity of the court system to perform its environmental law enforcement role more effectively in order to promote the enforcement of environmental laws and regulations by People's Republic of China's courts and protection of the rights of pollutions victims strengthened.
