As stated on the project disclosure page, the IFC is considering an equity investment of up to US$20 million in Revo Capital Fund III C.V. a venture capital fund that will invest in early to growth-stage technology companies in Türkiye and Central-Eastern European Regions.
The IFC categorized the project risk as 'FI-2'.
As stated on the project disclosure page, risks are mainly associated with labor and working conditions and health and safety issues in the GIG economy.
According to the IFC, the Fund is targeting to raise US$100 million. IFC has proposed an equity investment of up to US$20 million (not to exceed 20% of total fund size) and a co-investment envelope of US$15 million.
As stated by the IFC, the Fund will be managed by Revo Capital Management B.V.. Revo is a third-time client of IFC and is headed by Cenk Bayrakdar and Berkin Toktas.
