This project provides financing to CTPark Bucharest SRL and CTPark Gamma SRL to support their expansion in the logistic park located on the outskirts of Bucharest, at the 13th kilometre of the Bucharest- Pitesti highway.
The EBRD's financing includes a enior loan of up to EUR 38.9 million and a value-added-tax facility of up to 4.9 million.
CTPark Bucharest SRL and CTPark Gamma SRL are part of CTP Group and own and operate two logistics parks of around 222,500 m2 gross leasable area (GLA). CTP Group owns the largest portfolio of premium business parks in Central Europe with over 3 million m2 GLA of A-Class properties in over 60 strategic locations.

The Project Complaint Mechanism (PCM) is the independent complaint mechanism and fact-finding body for people who have been or are likely to be adversely affected by an European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)-financed project. If you submit a complaint to the PCM, it may assess compliance with EBRD's own policies and procedures to prevent harm to the environment or communities or it may assist you in resolving the problem that led to the complaint through a dialogue with those implementing the project. Additionally, the PCM has the authority to recommend a project be suspended in the event that harm is imminent.
