Project Description

In order to support Viet Nam's national development plan and align with the United Nations' 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the project aims to reduce poverty and boost economic growth, which are the primary development goals of the country by: (i) human resource development, (ii) reform of economic institutions, and (iii) infrastructure development.
