Project Description

According to ADB website, the proposed project loan will finance priority water and sanitation investments of Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) and will contribute to improving the living and health conditions in the National Capital Region (NCR), which accounts for 33% of the nation's GDP. The Project will also provide institutional capacity strengthening to MWSS, including for regulatory oversight, financial planning, and asset and water security management.
