Project Description

According to ADB website, the objective of this TA is to assist the PRC in preparing the 13th FYP to overcome the middle income trap and achieve more inclusive and sustainable development. The scope of this TA includes a background analysis of the PRC's current development and challenges, socio-economic structure, growth potential, internal and external forces that are likely to drive change in the next 5 years. ADB's knowledge contribution towards the PRC's preparation of the 13th Five-Year plan will be made, not only through this particular TA, but also through many other recent, ongoing, and planned knowledge work by various "knowledge producers" within ADB.

The impact will be achieved more inclusive and sustainable development and overcome the middle income trap.
