There are three components: a) construction of a 100MW on-grid crystalline photovoltaic power plant in Sherabad, Surkhandarya; b) pilot energy efficient technologies and on-grid rooftop solar photovoltaic systems for select rural health clinics; and c) institutional capacity building for UzbekEnergo and other stakeholders.
This project is funded by the Clean Energy Fund under the Clean Energy Financing Partnership Facility.
Component 1 is a loan for the construction of the 100MW photovoltaic power plant in Sherabad, Surkhandarya.
Component 2 is a grant for the piloting of energy efficient technologies and on-grid rooftop solar systems for select rural health clinics.
ACCOUNTABILITY MECHANISM OF ADB

If you submit a complaint to the Accountability Mechanism, they may investigate to assess whether the Asian Development Bank is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment.
