Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

According to ADB website, the technical assistance (TA) will develop and propose policies _ and a corresponding implementation action plan for southern XUAR. Specifically, the TA will contribute to XUAR efforts to construct a responsibility system to identify poor counties, village poverty reduction plans, and enterprise development plans. It will seek to demonstrate that historic preservation and retention of cultural heritage and language are not at variance with economic development.
