Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.

This project provides technical assistance to support the Local Government Engineering Department to develop clear plans to increase governance transparency and accountability in its operations, including short term to long term plans that require further funding. Additionally, the project assistance seeks to help the Department with identifying governance and trustee risks.
