Project Description
If provided by the financial institution, the Early Warning System Team writes a short summary describing the purported development objective of the project and project components. Review the complete project documentation for a detailed description.
This project finances Unibristol d.o.o. to construct a multi-purpose development in the city of Tuzla. This development will be comprised of: a) a residential complex covering an area of 25,128 sqm (in total 328 units) in two towers, b) a full-service hotel with 128 rooms, to be operated by Unibristol under name "Hotel Mellaine" and categorized as a 4 star hotel; c) a commercial retail area of approximately 6,000 sqm spread across two levels. d) an underground garage with 361 parking spaces spread across three underground levels; e) a recreational and wellness area.
