The project consists of an equity investment for a minority stake in Omni Management Company, Ltd. (“Omni”, or the “Company”), a supply chain financing platform providing invoice and revenue-based financing solutions for middle-market companies and SMEs in Brazil, Chile and Colombia. IFC is proposing US$10 million in preferred equity financing to support the Company’s operations and regional expansion.
