According to the Bank’s website, the proposed IFC investment is a corporate A loan of up to €45 million to Ventius International L.L.C, the leading producer of mattresses, polyurethane foam, sponge, toppers, pillows in the Western Balkans. The IFC Loan is expected to be complemented by a B loan of up to €35 million in a second stage. The financing would allow the Company to (i) expand its production facilities by constructing a new 80,000 sqm foam/mattress production factory in Skivjan, in the industrial area of Gjakova, Kosovo; and (ii) finance related equipment and working capital needs.

If you submit a complaint to the CAO, they may assist you in resolving a dispute with the company and/or investigate to assess whether the IFC is following its own policies and procedures for preventing harm to people or the environment.
