According to the bank's disclosure on the website, the proposed project consists of an IFC equity commitment of up to EUR 15 million in Resource Eastern European Equity Partners III SCA SICAV-RAIF (“REEEP III” or “Resource III” the “the Fund”) a closed-end private equity fund targeting EUR 200 million. The Fund is targeting control investments or significant minority investments in small to mid-cap enterprises active in the consumer value chain in Poland and other CEE countries, predominantly in Romania.
